About Chef Eric
Pastry Chef Eric attended Johnson & Wales University and The Culinary Institute of America, two of the finest culinary Pastry Arts programs in America.
He has worked in some of the finest restaurants here in the Cleveland area as Pastry Chef. To name a few; Top Of The Town, Watermark Restaurant, Tangier, and 12 years at the Four Diamond Omni International Hotel as Executive Pastry Chef which included the Four Diamond restaurant 'Classics'.
He has made desserts for celebrities, presidents, kings, queens, and heads of state from all over the world. His dessert even made it aboard Air force 1 for the President to take home with him.
He has won numerous awards and has been featured in publications such as the Cleveland Magazine, Things Remembered catalog, television and radio shows.
He takes pride in combining the best possible ingredients and turning them into works of art.
What's For Dessert? Inc. Opened It's doors in 2000 providing desserts retail and wholesale to the Cleveland area.
